Our terms set out the conditions under which we operate xmaster and the responsibilities of account holders. By opening an account, you agree to comply with these terms and to use xmaster only in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal. We enforce these terms consistently and reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate our policies.
These terms cover account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus conditions, dispute resolution, and our jurisdiction policy. We also describe how we protect your data, handle complaints, and enforce fair play on our live-dealer tables, sportsbook, slots, and esports markets.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to use your account. If we detect account sharing or multi-accounting from the same device or payment source, we will cancel all associated accounts without notice.
Deposits and Withdrawals
We accept deposits via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). E-wallet deposits settle instantly; bank transfers settle within one business day. We do not impose maximum account preferences, though individual payment processors may have their own limits.
Withdrawals are processed to your original payment method. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal will be sent to your local payment account; if via online payment, to your e-wallet account. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. We may request proof of payment source or recent bank statements to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Bonus and Promotional Terms
We occasionally offer promotional bonuses or welcome offers to new or existing account holders. Any bonus offer is subject to specific terms, which we publish before you claim the bonus. Bonuses are typically non-transferable, apply only to specified games, and carry minimum-playthrough requirements.

Our roulette wheels are mechanically inspected for balance; our dice are verified for randomness; our card shoes are checked for proper shuffling. Dealers have no discretion over outcomes. Every game is recorded and available for dispute resolution.
Slot games, like all our offerings, are tested for fairness and RTP (Return to Player) accuracy. We publish RTP percentages upon request. Our sportsbook odds are calculated based on market data and are subject to our house margin. We do not manipulate odds after a bet is placed.

We reserve the right to void any bet that violates our terms, such as bets placed after the betting window has closed or bets made using fraudulent payment methods. Voided bets result in stake forfeiture and possible account suspension.

Jurisdiction and Service Availability

Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect violations of these terms, including but not limited to: providing false information, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, suspected fraud, or use of xmaster in a restricted jurisdiction.
If your account is suspended, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You may contact support to appeal the decision. If the suspension is upheld, any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method after a 30-day hold period.
Termination is permanent. You may not re-register with xmaster using the same or a different name if your account has been terminated for fraud or abuse.
Data Protection and Privacy
We protect your personal data using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Your payment information is encrypted end-to-end and never stored in plain text. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law or to process your payments.
We retain account data for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Video records of live-dealer tables are retained for 90 days minimum for dispute resolution.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe we have violated these terms or treated you unfairly, you may request formal dispute resolution. We will review the case and respond within 14 business days. Our response will either uphold your complaint (and provide a remedy such as account credit or bet reversal) or explain why we have not upheld it.

Limitation of Liability
xmaster operates the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or freedom from viruses or malware. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or your own use of unsecured networks or devices.
We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, your use of xmaster in a restricted jurisdiction, or your violation of local law. We are also not liable for third-party payment processor errors or delays.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to your total account balance at the time of the claim, not to exceed the value of your most recent deposit.
Amendment of Terms
We may amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
Continued use of xmaster after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
